DD5 17 has passed her City and Guilds NVQ 1 in Hospitality-multiskilled. Also has passed food hygiens and AQA Entry Level 3 in Adult Numeracy.
She has dyspraxia and has managed this without extra support as she said she didn't want it.
She was going to go on to do NVQ 2 but the college said that they thought she would find it hard.
She is now going to do a foundation vocation axcess course which will be geared to her abilities and there will be a bit of independent living skills. She will amongst others be able to do GCSE Maths , OCN in communication and a clait computer qualification.
