We had a letter from school this morning to say that DD 'is one of those pupils who has been identified as doing very well across the curriculum, putting maximum effort into her studies in order to make progress and achieve. This letter is to acknowledge that effort and also encourage x to maintain these high standards.'
Do all schools do this? I am pleased that DD gets to see that they notice the quiet hardworking children and not just the disruptive ones which sometimes seems to be the case.
