Wallington Boys Uniform

Hello everyone,

This is my first time using mumsnet! My son is starting Wallington Boys (WCGS) Sixth Form and I was wondering where everyone bought their suits from?

Not a Wally Boys mum but do have a DS who had to wear a suit in the sixth form at a similar school. DS had two from Primark (which didn't fare very well, truth be told) and a much better quality one bought from TKMaxx. I have read of people getting them from Next and M&S, or John Lewis if you want to push the boat out. DS was still growing though so not keen to buy him anything expensive. It might be different if your DS has reached adult size already.

Hope he enjoys his time there.

My DS had M&S ones - bought 2 pairs of trousers for each jacket to help them last. Wash well and still look good after a year.

Matalan have some decent ones too.

Different school but DSs had suits from River Island and M&S. Both preferred a "skinny fit" suit.

Very good advice on here that I didn't head, OP, which is why the Primark suits didn't last long!
