You might be wise Ackhan09 to ask HQ to amend your title so Mumsnetters are alerted to the fact that you're asking for opinions on Sutton and Kingston secondaries.

Also those schools all have tight catchments and are highly sought after. You'd not be in catchment for all three, that's for sure. Surprised you've not got Glenthorne on your list too - that's usually considered the best of the Sutton comprehensives.

Greenshaw does have a selective stream (which doesn't require those pupils who get places to be local to the school) but I've heard mixed things about it. I gather the youngsters aren't taught separately, unlike Graveney where Extension pupils are.

I think there is some bullying at most schools. It's how the schools deal with it which is what you need to be finding out.

Some, if not all of these schools are probably offering open day/evening events this side (and also in the autumn) of the summer holidays, so worth checking so you can visit and get a feel for the places yourself.

Good luck!

Thank you , you are right about catchment areas . I'm on borders of Sutton and Kingston. I've heard all good about Glenthorne so didnt ask . But mixed reviews about Cheam High and Coombe Boys so was unsure .
Thank you for advice Smile
