Due to an unfortunate incident on a school trip, there was an emergency Ofsted inspection in December. The report was pretty scathing with the final paragraph reading:
"In light of the findings of the inspection, inspectors conclude that pupils at the school are not safe, especially when on school trips abroad"
My concern is not regarding my child's safety, but regarding what repercussions this could have for the school. There are many special needs kids at the school, some of who receive funding from local council to cover tuition. The report was not clear as to what the next steps would be. I do not know how you find out about that.
Any suggestions regarding on how to find any of this information out, would be helpful.
