OK, so this is a very long shot, but I thought it was worth a go. We have secured a chain free buyer for our house on the other side of the border (due to complete in Jan). So now we are starting to think about where to buy near DS' school in S Morningside. We are going to be house hunting in Jan/Feb which isn't ideal, so I thought I would post to see if, by any chance, any MNetters were wanting to sell or knew someone who was?
