Hi ladies
I was looking to buy in Newton le Willows near warrington and have since been suggested Ashton in makerfield. Any thoughts? I'm not familiar with the area at all.
Thank you

Sorry for the very late reply. I live in Newton-le-Willows. I don’t know where you’re moving from but I wouldn’t class it as rural. You can be in Manchester via direct train in 20 minutes and it has great access to both the M6 and the M62. Warrington is nearby for supermarkets, cinema, shops etc and it’s a 15 minute drive from the Trafford Centre. The little High Street has improved hugely and we have some small independent shops and restaurants with more about to open. Please DM if you need any more information.
