There is at least one MNer who runs one of her own. But in general the best one is probably Lovehoney. Are you looking for anything in particular?

Lovehoney isn't anything to do with me though one of my mates is or has been one of their product testers: they are just widely known as the best in the industry. I am connected with Redhot&real, I will freely admit.
