DP kicking off over stupid things

Long story short, our female cat lost its collar so I went to buy her a new one. Only colour the shop had was blue so I just bought her one of those.

When DP came in from work he asked why the cat had a blue collar on. I said it was the only one they had. He pulled a face and said "blue for a girl?"

so I was like "whatever, it's a cat, it doesn't care"

Later on he mentioned it again ... and then again ...

and then on the night I went upstairs to find that he'd written "BLUE COLLAR" across the bedroom wall (spare bedroom ... in process of decorating so it doesn't matter but still)

Anyone elses DP go on and on like this??

Write "stupid twat" across his face when he's asleep.

Is he trying to be funny and you're just not getting the joke?

If he is serious, then he's a twat.

No. He sounds deranged.

ummm - is this the same person whose dp did something similiar to do with hitler and the fireplace a couple of weeks ago. If so are you trolling again?

think it is perectly reasonable. why not just go and buy a different colour collar for the cat?

Well what do you expect if you buy a blue collar for a female cat?

Me too RIMOD.

Really it does not matter what colour collar a cat wears and if this is for real, then the OP needs to sort out her relationship and the OP's DP needs to go to the shop himself.
