I'm receiving support from them currently due to suffering with depression. So far I've only met with them once to discuss treatment. It seems to be taking a little while to actually start getting help. I was warned about the waiting time though.

During the initial meeting though they were really kind. They didn't judge me and took what I said seriously. They also gave me a list of outside services that were available should my mental state worsen.

Hope this helps

Thank you very much.

Do you mind if I ask you some more questions please?

Is it self referral and is it a need to pay for service?

Of course not I shall help as much as possible. I was referred through my doctor. They haven't mentioned payment so I assume it's free. They gave me a list of counsellors in my local area but that you have to pay for.

I'm not going to do it immediately. I have to start on medication today and I need to see how I go with that I think Confused.

Good luck hope things get better for you. It's nice just to know that there is support available if you need it I think.
