Don't know what to do

I'm here again. I do actually know what you are all going to say but need to put it out there.

Dp and I separated at the end of July. We didn't argue or fight. We just kind of lost our way. He has been staying with friends living the high life whilst I have been here wondering what the hell has gone on.

We have talked and agreed we love each other etc. But lost the spark. I felt it could be found with time and effort. We deserved to give it ago. He felt undecided.

Roll on this weekend he turns up and agrees we should give things ago. Followed by awkward few days together.

Now I'm sat here thinking I have got it wrong. I don't know what to do for the best. I wanted so badly for us to work it out. Now I have that opportunity I don't feel so sure.

Any thought greatly appreciated.

I haven't seen your previous thread - but I suppose it depends on whether or not there really is a chance of it working. And what you want to happen - compared with what he can offer. How did having him around feel compared to when he was gone?

Go with your gut!!

I would give it some time. A few days is probably not enough time to know if it's going to work out. Has he moved back in?

Thank you for the replies. Yes he has come back home. Which is what I have wanted. But it all just feels odd and forced. I have got use to being in my own. Although I have been wanting the family back together so we can rebuild what we use to have.

It wasn't an unhappy relationship it just drifted.

But guess I have got use to the situation now and not so afraid of being on my own.

I don't know I swing from one opinion to the other
