Is is normal for people to be on messenger a lot? I spend time on my phone but either doing online shop. Looking at jobs emails or my banking. My Dh is on messenger loads. Is this normal?

Who is he messaging? It isn't normal for me but I suppose it differs from person to person.

I don't know... weve had a few rows lately and he gave me his phone password. I'm trying to be trusting by not looking at his phone. I'm not sure whether to sit back and keep and eye or whether to just ask. 🤔
