My pregnant ex partner has gone back to her ex who is an alcoholic and have beat her on a few occasions but nothing I can do but I don't want him around my child when it's born could someone please help me on what to do next and if I can prevent it maybe taking the child with me in my custody as she's not answering the phone or texts and he's been also saying untrue stuff about me to her and others serious lies like I'm a drug dealer a murderer and other lies

If you have serious and genuine concerns, contact social care. One thing you say is she is telling lies and rumours about you that aren't true. Could she have done this about her ex too?

He's tell lies about me not her she's believing her abusive ex partner that she's gone back to I except our relationship is over but I got no contact now and he is an alcoholic and abusive police been called a few times in past but the thing is she's pregnant with my child and I don't want my baby being brought up by him can some one put a link up for me to read that might help or some advice as I'm very worried and concerned even for the mother

If he has a police record for violence against her you need to contact your local social services. They are the only ones who can do anything. I have no links to anything and if this child is in danger of abuse from this man, especially if there has been police involvement previously they can be involved and include other agencies from before birth
