I have known him a little for a while in a group.

I thought he had a thing for me a few months ago when I caught him looking at me I looked away.

Recently he came and sat next to me really tight up against me. He passed me something in the table then ignored me and not others. The sitting like that annoyed me and caused huge sexual tension. He kept moving around back and I could see him at one point in my peripheral vision staring at me.

The next time I saw him he was very happy. Twice I moved seats and twice he tried to sit next to me again. He barely looked at me when he did he smiled.

I wasn't interested in anyone in that way. I am worried that his invading my personal space is a bad sign. I had an exh who spent years post separation torment me.

Yeah that's weird. He's probably just awkward, but if you're not interested anyway next time just say 'FFS Gregory give me some bloody room!'

I will put my bag next to me next time. I now have a darned crush on him which is annoying. What if he keeps up the looking at me thing?

Pull ugly faces at him?

What is attractive about him?

You really need to fine tune your dickhead radar! 'Cause this one screams it loud and clear and yet you have a crush on him! Forget about him.

He's doing it to get your attention. It worked. Sounds like some pick up trick. Ignore.

I can manage to forget him. I don't know how to deal with him. Do I now ignore and avoid him?

He is getting right in your space so you make the first move trying to make you chase him

I don't like men who play silly games I find it intensely annoying, but it is up to you as to what you want to do next.

Sounds like he's being reading one of those pick up artist books - the staring, ignoring you, pointedly talking to others. Look up Neil Strauss for further info!

Or, when he presses against you, you could give his thigh a squeeze. Just to see what happens.

Many, many years ago a guy did this with me. Completely messed with my head for a month or so, then I realised he was just a narcissistic twat who would never actually ask me out, so I made sure I was never in his eye line, turned my back to him whenever he sat next to me etc - he soon gave up and moved on to someone else.

Grin @ thigh squeeze. I think the others would be in a state of shock of I did that.
Pick up artist book? Ok so he wants a ONS from me, he has the wrong woman there.
