dealing with conflict with a friend

How do you do it?

I believe my friend has been very thoughtless and inconsiderate towards me (other another actually). I think of her as a very good friend but she's really upset me over a particular issue. I hate conflict, and feel I need to clear the air otherwise the issue will fester. The problem is she hates conflict and would rather not clear the air - in fact she's probably very offended I'm upset and thinks I should just get over it. I think she struggles to see things from others points of view sometimes.

How can I kindly explain how upset I am about something without calling her a bad person for doing it? I don't want to go into the ins and outs so just looking for some general tips. Thank you Smile

Can you send a message/email/letter instead of face to face?
Don't mention too much about the incident.
Just highlight how things have made you feel.
She can't argue with your feelings.
