I posted here thurs and got sone very frank honest advice. It wasnt whst i wanted to hear but i think.it might have really saved me s lot of pain. I experienced domestic violence snd controlling abuse for the last 4 monthd of a year long relatiomship. I didnt think i had. I thought he was just hurting snd slcohol made him do bad thjings. WRONG
someone suggested the freedom course thank you so much for opeming eyes. Iv made the break for good now. Iv cslled social ser ices and told them i was afraid of going back and gave asked for help. I have contacted wmebs aid snd morr importantly i have been honest with my family snd friends and stopped.isolating myself . If i hadnt got tge advice i did i may have still been in contsct with this man x x

Keep strong, it's easy to feel compelled to go back at some point, but it looks like you got RL support. So, it's looking good. Wishing you a happy future.
