Has anyone used Relate online or on the telephone?

I think I have persuaded DH to go to Relate but appointments are going to be difficult to go to as we have 2 small children. Relate offer online or telephone counselling & I just wondered if anyone had gone this route & if so, how useful it was?

Yes I used it online once or twice.

TBH I found it frustrating. The counsellor picked up on one point in my email and spent most of her reply discussing that- and she'd got hold of the wrong end of the stick, as can happen with anything in writing unless you are super-careful to explain everything so there is no confusion.

I'd recommend phone- but not email.
