I'm loving...

'Fortunately... with Fi and Jane' - it's like a really, really good & light-hearted woman's hour

'Bad People' - I don't normally like murder things - but this just gripped me!

Other suggestions welcome, please!

Love fi and Jane so I listened to your bad people recommendation. Thank you for that!

I really liked Shreds. It's the true story of the Cardiff Five, a miscarriage of justice case. The story goes into details such as explaining why someone might confess to a murder they didn't commit.

Up the Garden Path with Imelda Staunton laughed out loud when I was baking this afternoon oh and Broken English a thriller about a family who have relocated to France and their 16 year old son goes missing. Absolutely gripping

Elis James & John Robins.

Funny, daft at times, intelligent & warm, all wrapped up into an hour and a half-ish.

Oh I love a good podcast recommendation and I've been addicted to them while on furlough and WFH.

I like many of the above and will try some of the recommendations too.

I like File of 4 for some interesting news investigations. Witness History and some of the World Service Podcasts are really interesting.

If you're not limited to BBC Sounds I also like Even The Rich, and Morbid and Obsessed with True Crime, oh and Redhanded, thats another good one :)

I'm working my way through all the You're Dead to Me history programmes. They are excellent.

I like newscast too. For comedy/drama I often listen to one of the five "where this service will..." depart, terminate etc.

Another vote for More or Less.

I should give Americast a try.

There was another drama i loved about tunneling under the Berlin wall, tunnel 39 maybe?

Listening to East meets West on Radio 4 at the moment. Just brilliant. Warm, soothing, educational and comforting. Perfect for right now.

Another vote for More or Less and Tim Harford's other programme "how to vaccinate the world". Also I like The Patch and The Untold. I often enjoy the dramas and book adaptations. A Good Read is another programme I quite often listen to.

I would really recommend the Northern Bank Job that is on at lunchtimes the moment and the 2 week dramatisation of "Meet me at the Museum" which finished a week or two ago as well, but is still on BBC sounds and is a really lovely story.

I've just listened to the latest series by David Sedaris. The first time I ever heard him in the radio I had to pull over as I was laughing so much.
