Oh me too! I was cheering him on! They really are so horrible and self-centred. :)

I have always hated Helen ever since she was so mean to Hayleigh after John died Angry

Was there a big bust-up on xmas day? I missed that. Oh don't you love an archers plotline where everyone is in the wrong?

Ponders · 27/12/2011 15:51

the bust up happened after 7.15pm apparently, Grimma Hmm

(hate it when they do that)

Helen is actually being unnaturally unbelievably quite thoughtful about this issue - finally

Tom will nevernevernever be thoughtful about anything (his nickname on the BBC message board is SLT = snarty little twonk or thereabouts. Perfect Grin) & it's beginning to sound as if Brenda is considering a getaway...

Yes, she did seem to be softening a bit. Maybe she understands the maternal feeling. Whereas Tom - oh, he's already thinking about whether Rich will be up for a share of the farm, isn't he, selfcentred git.

I agree, Tony with some balls at last. Fantastic. Tom is all me me me, all the time and is so going to me Johny No-Mates, Friends and Family soon, just him and some sausages. And Henry is nor 'ours' either.

The Archers writers seem obsessed with inheritance issues. Will Richard, whose real name is John, inherit the business over and above Henry? Will Ruaridh inherit above all Jennifer's lot? And what about David, Elizabeth and her twin whose name I forget - who inherits of that lot?

Mind you, I do like the new emphasis on horses. Grin

Sorry Shula's the one with the twin...Confused

Kenton is Shula's twin. I think they sorted out Brookfield for their generation - but now Josh is following Pip as a potential farmer, they're all set for a decade or two hence...

I suppose it is a real issue with farming families though.

Something wrong this evening... did I hear Helen being quite nice and understanding? Shock

I think they should just arm themselves with pitchforks and march on one another. Some could be cavalry.

I think Helen sounded a little bit kinder towards her mothers feelings, but probably not Hmm

Tom is a horrible man-child and I have never understood what Brenda is doing with him. Helen is just generally nuts but does seem to be getting strangely reasonable recently, I am beginning to suspect she has been kidnapped by aliens and replaced. But I do think that Tony and Pat are also being horrible and crazy about this whole Rich business so really they are all as bad as each other and I am getting seriously tired of the whole annoying storyline.

So there!...
