Mould on pram

Hi everyone, I’ve looked on some old threads and tried white vinegar spray, white vinegar and bicarbonate and scrubbed it on but nothing does anyone hve any suggestions? Currently pregnant with baby number two and bought a second hand I candy howevwr does have some black spots of mould on both seats. Can’t seem to remove to wash in the machine and not too sure I’d trust it either. Please can anyone help? Picture attached but not the best!
