Mothercare 4 wheel Journey travel system

Please can I have any opinions on this buggy? It’s the cheapest travel system I’ve seen and it’s got loads of good reviews on mothercare website but I don’t know weather to trust it!!

There’s an old thread I’ve read about it last year but no one had used it for long.

Thanks Easter Smile

This is the one we're getting! Our dear old britax b agile has finally had its last day, and with DC on the way we finally managed to find this one- affordable, looks good and tbh, very similar to my Britax.
Placemarking to keep an eye on any further reviews Smile

Can't give you my own experience but when I went to an expectant parent event at mothercare the woman said that lots of people end up returning their own brand buggies with faults. If you're looking for something cheaper have you looked at getting something else 2nd hand? They are often in great condition and SO much cheaper. I seriously regret buying our icandy new (although it is a great buggy).

Not seen those but vennicis often do well in reviews and are ok priced. Might be worth a look.

I bought mothercare brand many moons ago.
It was shit!

When I tried to return it as not for for purpose after 6 weeks o was told it was because my ds was over weight limit.

He wasn't!

Eventually got a refund.

Hey there, we have the mothercare journey... can't fault it!

Last time round we had an expensive mamas and papas pram - I loved it but it had to be sent back as it had a fault within 6 months.

We went for the mothercare journey for dc2 and it has been so easy. For the price I think it's fab. It's smart, comfortable and durable. The car seat can be a little fiddly but we don't have an isofix base, hasn't put me off though.

Once they are bigger it's so much easier to get a smaller buggy for them as they are lighter and easier to manoeuvre. The Journey is perfect as you're not spending silly money for something that you might not need for long.

Sorry - it's been used every day for the past 3 months. Still looks brand new.

It’s so beautiful in the creamy colour.

But I wanted a isofix car seat so wasn’t for me

Thanks for all the opinions. It does seem like good value.

Don’t have a mothercare journey but we have the xpedior. We’re returning it this weekend after 9 weeks. It’s so rickety and unstable I can’t see how it’ll support DS as he grows. Craps turning circle, the height bar jams, the brake comes on when I’m walking. I personally wouldn’t touch a mothercare pram again but maybe I just got unlucky
