Newborn stroller to fit zafira boot ??!!

Hi,
Twins due in 3 weeks!
I have a mountain buggy duet with carrycots which we will use day to day.
My problem is when we go out as a family ( 5 kids - 15,13,10, 2x newborn) we will need all 7 seats up which drastically limits my boot space in the Zafira!

I'm looking for 2 reasonably priced strollers, preferably suitable from newborn, umbrella fold that will fit on top of each other in my boot.

Anyone else find a solution???

Thankyou for all recommendations!

Can nobody recommend a buggy that will fit?

Will you always have someone to push the second stroller? Also, umbrella style strollers tend to be suitable from 6/9m plus.

If you definetly need two individual pushchairs, have a look at the Armadillo Flip. It is more substantial than a stroller, however folds very very small. It also has the option of turning the seat parent facing. Its compatible with carseats.

I fear a bigger car may be the answer- tiny boot aside, are two teenagers going to fit in the 3rd row seats!

I think McLaren type strollers are ok from birth when laid flat. I guess if you're out add a family then there will always be a helper. Will you have to get a double as well for when it's just you? Congratulations on the impending arrivals!

If out as a family then there will always be help to push both. I have a double for main use, the third row seats will hardly be used, my older two get bus to school so it will mainly be me and 3 children - possibly dh.

I will barely use the single strollers but I don't want to have to take 2 cars if we do go out together.

Thanks for the ideas, I will take a look, I was thinking maclaren, I had one of those years ago and loved it

The double babyjogger city mini folds pretty flat (and wheels come off easily to make it even narrower) so that might fit? Suitable from birth and would mean one person could push both twins

Aldi sell a hauck stroller during their baby event that folds up really small and lies completely flat - we used it as our travel buggy for flying from about 3 months. Cost about £20 and has been brilliant. Definitely worth a look.
