city mini vs quinny vs out n about

I want to get something that can fit a car seat, is suitable from birth and is also good for long walks when older.

I have a carrycot on wheels already and various umbrella buggies. I have had an out n about double second hand before which was lovely to push but kept on getting punctures.

Any advice or any others I should consider? This is my last dc so I don't want to spend a fortune but would like something that will last.
