advice appreciated maxi cosi noa or safety 1st compa city

Lookin for a new compact budget stroller for everyday use thats suitable for an average sized 2 yr old. I like the look of the maxi cosi noa and the safety 1st compa city as they look small and have removable wheels (an important feature) but as im not able to see either model in a showroon I am unsure which would be best for my LO in terms of being comfortable for a toddler and their sturdiness. All opinions from anyone whos got either of these strollers would be greatly appreciated
