hi. has anyone bought a bugaboo cameleon3 (3rd generation)? i have seen some with 3 wheels and some with 4 wheels. why is it so? which one to go for? also, where can i buy just the stroller (i mean just the complete seat)? i don't need the carrycot etc. as my son's nine months old now. i know these are expensive. anywhere i could get a good deal? please advise. thanks.

I think you are mistaken. I am only aware that the Cameleon has 4 wheels.

Cameleon only comes with 4 wheels. You may get a second hand one without a carrycot cheaper than with one, but to buy new it comes with the carrycot, which is just a separate fabric that goes on the seat frame instead of the seat fabric. The cameleon 2 is not hugely different from the 3 and you can get the old one cheaper as shops try to get rid of old stock.

Hi just seen the cam 3 today and loved it. Sorry to hijack but I'd love to hear people's experiences with it!

But def four wheels.

The Cam 3 although heavily redesigned, is essentially the same pushchair - just made better. So any reviews of the Cam will give you a good idea of what it is like. I have had 2 Cameleons and loved them both. However my second revisit made me realise that there are better pushchairs out there although the Cameleon takes some beating for customisability and looking pretty and neat. Its one of the top pushchairs though and I would have another.
