Anyone shopped with Lullaboo Baby, Deeside?

I have just spent the last 6 months trying to receive the pushchair and accompanying accessories I ordered. I made no fewer than 19 calls to this company on my phone- the log is evidence. They never phone back or respond to emails, they failed to deliver it four times and when they finally did, there was an entire box missing. Shocking service and they don't appear to be remotely apologetic about their uselessness and the fact that they're taking hundreds of pounds of you.
