So I damaged the ligaments in my wrist when I was in labour and its not getting any better. So 8 months on I am giving up and trying to get a lighter buggy. I love my loola but its just too much for my wrists. I have a mountain buggy which I adore, but no good on public transport! So anyway, I would rather DD faces me so I can talk to her, hence the oyster and the smart choices, BUT I am dubious about he smart buggy as it doesn't seem to recline much, and the oyster is still 10kg anyway? I had a citisport with ds and loved it and regret selling it so I could get another one and stick to what I know. Anyone own either or the above and would like to share their opinions please? TIA!

I've got a Smart that i'm about to sell as i need to reduce my collection...It's not the easiest of buggies to push, mainly because of the two handles...Basket is very small, ok for me as it was the nipping to the park buggy...Seat hardly reclines but not an issue either as DD's never needed to sleep in it...I have a Citisport though i don't use much these days but my parents use it a couple of times a week...It's brill, so light to push and pick up...Massive basket for it's size...Someone is selling brand new ones on eBay...Another very light pushchair is the M&P Aria...Not as easy to push as Citisport but it's a lot lighter to pick up...I prefer the Citisport as it does have the adjustable handle which is great as my mum is only 4'6"...Did think about replacing my Bee Plus with an Oyster as it folds more neatly...But some reviews put me off...No idea how it handles though.

i wondered about the handles on the smart.... with my wrist being the issue i need it as easy as possible!!.... i haven't read many reviews on the oyster. There aren't any new citisports on ebay unless I get one imported from france.

and i know i get on with the citisport as I have had one before. But the importing thing was putting me off really...especially if it goes wrong!!

I have an Oyster and I can highly recommend it, only drawback compared to my umbrella fold is size (obviously!) but it pushes beautifully incl one handed and is easy to manage, folds so so well, adjustable height handle (DH is almost a foot taller than me at 6' 3" and we are both v comfy with it) - what else... I love it basically, ask me any questions I've not answered!

The Smart will almost certainly hurt your wrists as at times it feels uncomfortable to push to me.
