where can I get a lovely kitchen island that you can sit at?

I have a large kitchen but all the units are down one side of an 18ft square room. I thought a kitchen island might be a good way of breaking up the space but would love one which also seated on high stools, the kids for tea or friends for coffee.... anyone know where I might find one of these? Thanks.

you just buy the units to go underneath and put worktop on top

You can buy extra wide woktop and then either have cupboards underneath or legs
