tongue & groove paneling in downstairs loo, what would you paint it with?

gloss, satin wood or eggshell?, which do you think would look best and be a tough, durable, splash resistant finish?

Me, I'd do it in satinwood - much easier than gloss to apply, and doesn't need an undercoat. And I like the look best.

We have this in our utility room and painted it with eggshell.

gloss is easiest to clean/wipe etc later.
splash proof eh? you have boys then...

A friend of mine had tongue and groove in her downstairs loo, and they painted it in a pale grey blue colour satin wood paint ( I think it was satin wood)...and it looked really lovely....it was sort of a beach theme, that they had going on....

Oil eggshell would be the most hardwearing, without the shine, if you don't like the look of gloss paint.

thank you for the input, we've decided on eggshell as want a matt finish, now it's just the colour we can't agree on! typical!
