Three newbuilds on a small development, all the same layout and semi detached, with a garage and shared driveway. The kitchen is on the front and living room on the back. None of them are overlooked by other houses at the back. Would you pick:
House A
- Backs onto fields
- Back garden bigger than the other two
- Smaller front garden than the other two, and least attractive outlook at the front (just of other houses all very close to the road, a bit oppressive)
House B
- Prettiest outlook - fronts onto conservation area, and quite elevated so good far reaching views with lots of trees
- Hasn't had the kitchen put in yet so could have the one we want - not keen on the kitchens in the two finished houses
- Has the biggest front garden but is on a through road, so busiest for passing traffic (though still not very busy at all really, plus much easier for extra on-road parking if needed)
House C
- Fronts onto green space so no passing traffic at all, which really appeals but could be a pain with deliveries etc or even unloading shopping if it's raining...
- Has a side entrance, whereas the other two houses side directly onto the shared driveway
- Would get less sun than the other two houses
I know a lot of people would say none of them because of the shared driveways
