Hello, can i just interject and mention that the company you are referring to are, I think, based in Newcastle and are nothing to do with my company Perfect Fit Kitchens & Interiors Ltd based in North London. I receive 2-4 calls a week from confused and unhappy people trying to track down the Newcastle company and I am now advising everyone to contact Consumer Direct / Trading Standards in the area on 03454 040506. Oh dear Matthew. Sorry to hear this. Good you can get your point across on here though. Just googled and indeed there are two perfect fit kitchens.

Perhaps if the OP comes back, she will clarify.
