Blocking a door and adding new door at the other side

Hello All,

We are looking at a property at the moment.
The master bedroom has a small toilet and sink.
The second bedroom has a full en suite.
So we are thinking about blocking and plastering the door from the second bedroom and making a door from the master bedroom and turning it in to a wet room.

How much would this cost? Including blocking the door, new doorway and new door and tiling and making a wet room.

I have attached a diagram to show you what I mean.

Thank you!

It will depend whether the new doorway will be in structurally significant wall. It will depend if pipework and cables have been routed through that wall and need rearranging. It looks as if the basin would have to move to the old doorway location which could mean pulling up floor tiles to reroute the plumbing. So quite a lot of extras to take into consideration.

Sorry, I forgot to mention we would not require the sink and toilet as the wc already in there has a toilet and sink. It will purely be a shower room.
