Architect or Technician needed for basement renovation in N London: Any recommendations?

Can't afford to move, so we're planning a basement renovation for our victorian terrace and I'm looking for someone experienced with the design/engineering and applying for planning permission (so anyone with islington council experience would be extra-useful). Does anyone have any recommendations or know where I could start looking please? PM me if you can't post please?
