Please help me bleed a Heatslave 15/19. (Photos)

Right, so I worked out from various bits of googling I need to try bleeding the boiler to get it working again.
I have found the reset button, have located the oil pump, but am confused which little screw needs to be loosened for the oil to come through. There are 3 choices ( as on photo) - p, p or v.
Any one out there who knows before I trapse through pages and pages of internet to find out?
