What do we do with this - under sink area?

This is beind our washing machine /sink area. We moved in in oct last year and to be honest I hadn't really given this much thought or really had a proper look as we've had so many other things to do and very little money!
This surely isn't normal...? It's even scarier on the parts you can't see in the pic. Where do we start?!

Looks like the grey pipe is going up hill, it needs clipping at the right angle and looks like the tee on the left needs replacing as presumably there's something further left that also needs a fall.
The top pipe inlet on the right looks to be open to the drain so you should block that, maybe it used to be a dishwasher there. Otherwise you will get sewer gases venting into your kitchen.
Apart from that looks OK, although you might want to box it in for appearance.

Late reply...!....how much would it cost for a plumber to sort out those things, I'm useless!

Things work but I occasionally can smell something, and a dishwasher was previously connect ed and one pipe is held up with a rock and metal pole ha.....I can see any of it as we have washer dryer in front. The things we don't notice when buying a house!

As john says:

First rule of drains: water runs downhill.

Some clamps might support your drooping pipes. Neater to pull it all out and do it properly.

Remove and replace the water damaged cabinet back (and probably the floor) and ventilate the wall until it is thoroughly dry.
