Anyone got experience of When You Move conveyancer?

They seem good from their website but I'm interested in anyone who has actually used them as all I've got to go off are their testimonials. I'm a bit nervous about using an online conveyancing firm but they're so much cheaper than the solicitor I've had a quote from.
