Adding a bedroom

Our house is a 3 bedroom, with 2 reasonable size bedrooms upstairs (37sq m) each. The room has 2 windows.

How easy is it to add a deviding wall to split into two rooms?

Had it done in previous house, the stud wall and door wasn't too bad. Creating separate door ways did mean a loss of space getting the access right. the extras was the additional radiator, lights, sockets and plasterer. Then it was having to redecorate, flooring was ok because we had waxed floor boards. Getting quotes was difficult, it was too small a job for most.

If you are a good DIYer, pretty easy and won't cost much. Do you have a rough plan of the room? Include radiator, windows and door with measurements of the room.

Hope this loads. It's the easiest and cheapest way to do it.
Remove the bedroom door, you'll need some 4x2 wood, plasterboard, two door frames and a door.
If you're doing it yourself, it'll cost about £200, if that.
Let me know if you want any hints and tips.
