All being well, how long would this take?

I have a meeting tomorrow with an estate agent to see about a mortgage for the flat I currently rent, which I am hoping to buy under the Right to Buy Scheme. As it's a bit different to the normal first time buyer scenario, with no other house sale to consider, can anyone tell me how long I can expect to wait for everything to be done and dusted and in my name, assuming all goes well with my application.
