Silestone/Polished concrete worktops?

We're renovating our holiday rental apt kitchen and was going for granite but have just seen polished concrete and silestone worktops. Any views/experience of these?

As it's a holiday rental it needs to be foolproof, durable, easy to clean and look good!!
