Gas central heating nightmare

We want to install this for the first time . The boiler would obviously need to go on an outside wall ( in the kitchen) The plumber told us that due to unsightly pipework /drilling through units we would need to replace the kitchen and ideally the bathroom . (The problem is also the floors are concrete so pipes cannot go under.)
What is your take on this? We only wanted to upgrade said rooms as we
will be letting out

replace?

Move some units, more like.

Perhaps he is a bit weedy and wants an easy life.

Find a stronger one.
