Costs of building back in a chimney breast?

Does anyone know (roughly) how much it would cost to build back in a (working) chimney breast? They have been removed (prob years ago) in the Victorian house we are buying but love having a fire or log burner. Is it horrendously expensive and complicated? Thanks.
