Anyone bought from them? Seen a sofa we really like but don't know much about the company. What's customer service like? Feels scary to buy a sofa without sitting on it but I can't see that they have a showroom.
I bought a chair from there, arrived date promised etc, great price. So I wouldn't worry about the company per se, but I get your point about buying a sofa without sitting on it! I recall they have a 14 day returns period though, so you could activate that if needed? I've previously used Habitat's 14-days returns period when I ordered a small sofa that I just didn't like when it was in our room, and it was all very straightforward, no questions asked, nothing to pay for collection and a full refund.
I bought a chair and a trunk from them. Chair lovely, arrived on time as promised. Trunk eventually appeared seven months later. Their communication about it was really poor and I received a very grudging apology.

I might head to that pop-up shop if I get a moment- are they all going to be on display?
For anyone looking to use this company - be wary. I just got a delivery from them - they do not assemble as promised, the instructions are terrible and some parts are missing. And the quality is Ikea anyway, so better off going there in the first place.
I wouldn't recommend this company. We ordered a sofa on the sales, it arrived as expected, no problems with the delivery, but when I was removing the plastic cover I discovered that one of the supporting sofa beams had cracked very badly. The beam had broken in such way that it had a big, very sharp pointy end sticking up. I was lucky because as I wanted to keep the plastic I removed it carefully, but I almost cut my hand pulling the plastic down.
We examined the crack, it was covered in dust, which means that the beam had broken before they packed it up, it appears that this didn’t stop them from sending us the sofa.
We then started the usual thing, calling, emailing, sending pictures, chasing them and so on. When they answered they never actually acknowledged how bad and unsafe the crack was, they just said they were sorry we hadn’t receive the product in perfect condition. FAR from perfect. As the sofa was sold out they said they couldn’t send a replacement, so they offered a 10% discount in any other full price sofa. This was quite insulting because at the time they were already offering a 15% discount on their webpage. We emailed them again but we then realised that we didn’t want all this hassle, we just wanted a sofa. So I called them and I asked for a full refund and they removed the broken sofa. So my opinion about Swoon Editions is: if you buy from them be careful when unpacking the product and make sure you don’t let the kids close to the item until you have examined it properly, it appears that they don’t have a quality control or care about the safety of their products. In our communications they never acknowledged safety issues. It really seems that they don’t care about that.
