Anyone used Neighbour Consultation Scheme?

We're planning a new conservatory and I have all the dimensions and everything sorted and am going throught the local council planning website.

The size of the conservatory (goes out 4m from back wall on a semi) means I need to go through the Neighbour Consultation Process.

I have to submit 'plans' to the council. I have a location map of the house in black outline 1/1250 from when I bought the house but I'm not sure what drawings/plans are needed or acceptable in relation to the actual conservatory.

Council website is little help and Govt Planning Portal is little help save trying to get me to buy plans.
Did anyone use these plans? Or are hand drawings with dimensions acceptable?

Any advice would be great.
