Saniflo bathroom experiences

Because we are on a slope and the neighbours have objected, we need to compromise on the single storey extension by stepping it down. This will mean that the bathroom will be below the level of the drain and we will need to pump the water and waste uphill to it.
I was wondering what the saniflo type systems are like nowadays and whether we should avoid having a bath.
Thanks

Ours is all pumped upwards and haven't had any issues it. No bath but long decent showers...

Thanks.
Is it very noisy? Can it pump the water fairly quickly?

It's under the floor don't hear it at all, not had any problems yet. It has an alarm if there's a problem?
