Hi all

Just the above really -can anyone recommend a company manufacturer or supplier that can do this! Just reconfiguring a kitchen and would like to add some light over an island but need a light for the evening/aesthetics. Quite a tight budget though so possibly asking for the impossible! Thanks to anyone who can recommend.

We used this company after seeing recommendations on MN

ccsmidlands.com/

They often do deals on their ebay shop for stock that was ordered but not delivered due to customers changing their mind.

I found them very reasonably priced and they delivered to us in Surrey for free. I'm not sure if they can do something to hold the weight you want but if you want good quality on a budget they are brilliant.

We got 2 roof lanterns (1.5 x 1.5m and 2.5 x 1.5m, triple glazed) for £1800 delivered which is an amazing price :)

Thanks noddy and Nikki. Noddy do you know the manufacturer of that product, it is spot on! Nikki that is a great recommendation and right ball park figure just can't see if they will support lighting? Do you know by chance? I will call them next week as currently on a beach :-)

No I don't I'm afraid but they seem fairly strong. I doubt they would hold something really heavy though so it depends. A chandelier sounds pretty heavy so I think you will struggle.

Hi, Just wondered if you got anywhere with sourcing roof lanterns suitable for hanging pendant lights. I would like something similar!

Hi, yes I used the firm recommended above. They were really easy to deal with and very reasonably priced. The chandelier looked amazing for a renovation I completed but have now sold. I would definitely use then again.
