Conservatory/orangery/extension?

I would love to extend at the back of my house, from the kitchen double doors. I'd like a space big enough for a large dining table and a sofa/reading area with (maybe) a woodburning stove. There is space where the patio is, about 3.8m x 4.8m.

If anyone has done something similar and wouldn't mind telling me how much it cost, how long it took and sharing any advice/tips, I'd really appreciate it.

In the south a conservatory would be about£12-15 k . The other two nearer £20 and £25. Why not get a local glazing company to quote? No obligation .
