Damp - in one small corner

In the bathroom, by the ceiling I get a patch of damp

I spend all day everyday with the bathroom window open - we only close it when we have a bath/shower

Is there anyway I can stir the air so that corner is better ventilated?

I can't install an extractor fan easily......
