Paint finsihes stairs - DC bedrooms

I could use some advice about paint - we want to put house on the market soon - next few months.

The walls are all neutral colors - magnolia or white as we've been thinking of selling for years and the house can feel dark - possibly our perception as it was painted in very dark colors when we bought.

We have 3 DC - the walls have grubby marks on especially in DC rooms and stares - all white so need painting over.

I'm wondering if there is a finish - that will give me better chance of wiping rather than having to constantly re-paint over months house will be on the market - thinking grubby hand prints and infrequent pen marks.

I though about wipe-able paint - but the reviews seem very mixed. I know next to nothing about paint - but don't think we can gloss the walls ? So would be grateful for some guidance.

Not flat matt that's for sure. Endurance paint is good but not cheap.

Ahh - We've used matt previously but not sure endurance paint is going to worth it to us to pay for.

So will go looking for some shine finishes - Thanks Smile
