Trying to be thorough and anticipate the costs associated with moving house. Have I forgotten any of the upfront costs?

The biggies:
Deposit
Estate agents fee for the sale of property
Solicitors fees both for selling and buying
Stamp duty
Removal firm
Mortgage arrangement fee
House survey

Smaller costs:
Redirecting mail
Champagne for first night in new home!
