And they don't even have a good reason! They have been dragging their feet from day one, it was two,and a half months since we put in our offer and they were moving.into rented. apparently it was all too stressful but I think not having building regs for the boiler and rewiring might have had something to do with it.

so cross that they have dragged everything out. Our buyers have been hanging on, but for how much longer, who knows.

Would you consider moving into rented so you don't lose your buyer? It would put you in a stronger position when you find a house you want to buy too.

We had this - sold ours in 3 weeks and were rung up the day we accepted an offer to be told that the sellers had taken theirs off the market because they'd not looked into school places where they were moving to.

We did 12 viewings that weekend, and I had driven past at least 40 other properties and discounted them, and made an offer on the 12th house we viewed the following day after a 2nd visit...

We're still there 10 years later - its a much nicer house in a nicer area.
